Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
All sofas are custom-made after your order is placed.
Therefore, returns, refunds, or order cancellations are generally not accepted once the order has been submitted.
After Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery to ensure there are no incorrect items, defects, or damage.
If an incorrect item, product defect, or shipping damage occurs due to our responsibility, we will:
- Repair the product, or
- Provide a replacement
In such cases, all related shipping costs will be covered by us.
Please note that returns or exchanges based on personal preference are not accepted.
Cases Eligible for Exchange (Initial Defects)
Products may qualify for repair or replacement if any of the following defects are found:
- Torn fabric
- Protruding metal parts (such as staples or screws)
- Damaged sofa legs
Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- The item is larger or smaller than expected
- The color appears different from what you imagined
- The comfort level does not meet personal expectations
Reporting a Problem
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and provide detailed information.
Claims submitted after 5 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
Please note:
Products cannot be returned, and we only provide repair or replacement services when applicable.
