Delivery Time

Sofas are typically delivered 30–40 days after your order is placed.
The earliest delivery date may vary depending on the type of sofa and the season.

Notes:

  • Applying the special “Pearl Tone” water‑repellent and stain‑resistant treatment will add approximately 14 days to the production time.
  • Replacement sofa covers require the same production time.
  • Delivery times may vary due to fabric shortages, peak seasons, or long holidays such as the New Year period.

Estimated delivery times by product:

  • Stools (excluding PLACE series and leather products): about 21 days
  • Sofas (excluding PLACE series and leather products): about 40 days
  • PLACE series: about 41–50 days
  • Leather products: about 60 days
  • Pearl Tone treatment: adds 14 days to the estimated delivery time
  • Special orders: please contact us for details

Delivery Time Slots

Available delivery windows:

  • Morning Delivery: approx. 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Afternoon Delivery: approx. 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • All‑Day Delivery: approx. 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    (Exact time cannot be specified)

Additional notes:

  • If the delivery is handled by a single delivery person, delivery will be arranged as all‑day service (applies to orders of PENTA 900 chairs or stools only).
  • Some regions may only support all‑day delivery.
  • If unpacking and installation service is selected, the delivery company will contact you the day before or on the morning of delivery.
  • More precise delivery times may be arranged for an additional shipping fee. Please contact us for details.
  • Delivery times may be affected by traffic conditions.

Delivery Method

Your furniture will be delivered by two professional furniture delivery staff, who will:

  • Bring the furniture into your room
  • Assemble/install the product
  • Remove the packaging materials

Exceptions:

  • PENTA 900 chairs and stools are delivered by one delivery person and shipped in a cardboard box to your doorstep.
  • Delivery to apartment buildings may be limited to the first‑floor entrance.
  • If you would like unpacking and installation services for these items, please contact us.

Shipping Fees

Orders totaling ¥220,000 (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.

  • Free shipping may not apply to all delivery regions.

Delivery of Items Other Than Sofas

Estimated delivery times:

  • Original multipurpose covers & care products: about 7 days
  • Cushions, headrests, replacement cushions: about 14 days
  • Small rugs: about 28 days
  • Sofa covers: about 30 days
  • Other furniture: 10–40 days depending on stock availability

Delivery Time Slots for Non‑Sofa Items

Available delivery windows:

  • Morning – 12:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Notes:

  • These items are delivered to your doorstep by a single delivery person.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on traffic conditions.

Delivery of Furniture (Side Tables, Rugs, etc.)

Items will be delivered in cardboard boxes to your doorstep, and packaging removal is not included.

If you order a sofa together with other furniture, they may be delivered on the same day but by different shipping companies and at different times.
